Refund, Cancellation & Return Policy
Last Updated: October 14, 2026
At Currant, we want you to understand what to expect if you need to cancel an appointment, request a refund or report a problem with a product.
This policy applies to clinical services paid for through Currant and to supplements or over-the-counter products purchased directly from Currant. Prescription medications supplied by an independent pharmacy may be subject to that pharmacy's own policies.
Clinical Appointments & Services
Cancellations and rescheduling
We understand that plans change.
48 hours or more before your appointment: You may cancel for a full refund or reschedule at no charge.
Less than 48 hours before your appointment: The appointment fee is generally non-refundable.
Missed appointments: The appointment fee is generally non-refundable. If you are more than 10 minutes late, your appointment may be treated as missed, depending on the Practitioner's availability.
If Currant or your Practitioner cancels: You may reschedule at no charge or request a refund of the applicable appointment fee.
If exceptional circumstances outside your control cause you to cancel late or miss an appointment, please contact us. We'll review the situation and work toward an appropriate resolution.
If the service is not appropriate for you
If we determine that you're not eligible for a clinical service before your assessment begins, we'll refund the applicable service fee.
If your Practitioner completes an assessment and determines that you need in-person care, additional testing or another type of care, the assessment fee is generally non-refundable.
Clinical Results
You're paying for your Practitioner's time, expertise and clinical assessment, not a guaranteed medical outcome.
Clinical decisions are based on your individual circumstances. We cannot guarantee a particular diagnosis, prescription, test, referral, treatment recommendation or improvement in symptoms.
Not receiving the outcome you hoped for is not, by itself, a reason for a refund. However, if you have concerns about your care or experience, please contact us so we can understand and address them.
When We Fall Short
If we make an error or materially fail to provide something we're responsible for, we'll work to make it right.
Depending on the circumstances, this may include correcting the issue, completing or repeating a service, replacing a product, or providing a partial or full refund.
This includes situations such as incorrect charges, technical or scheduling errors on our part that prevent a service from being delivered, or other material errors we're responsible for.
Supplements & Over-the-Counter Products
Before shipping: If you need to cancel or change an order, contact us as soon as possible. We'll make reasonable efforts to accommodate your request, but cancellation may not be possible once fulfillment has begun.
After shipping: For safety and product integrity reasons, supplements and other health products are generally final sale once shipped. We generally cannot accept returns or provide refunds for changes of mind, opened or used products, or products that don't produce the results you hoped for.
Problems with an order: Please contact us within 14 days of delivery if an item is incorrect, damaged, defective, expired, missing or has compromised packaging.
We'll review the issue and, where appropriate, offer a replacement, refund or another reasonable resolution.
Please don't return products unless we ask you to.
Prescription Medications
Prescription medications may be dispensed and supplied by a pharmacy rather than directly by Currant. Pharmacy-specific return, cancellation and refund requirements may therefore apply.
Once a prescription has been processed, dispensed or shipped, cancellation may not be possible. Dispensed medications generally cannot be returned to stock or resold.
If there's a problem with your medication or its delivery, please contact us as soon as possible. We'll help coordinate with the pharmacy to find an appropriate resolution.
Requesting a Refund or Resolution
If you have a question, concern or refund request, email us at hello@currant.care with the relevant appointment or order details and a brief explanation of what happened.
We'll review your request based on the circumstances. Approved refunds will normally be returned to your original payment method and processed as promptly as reasonably possible. Your payment provider may require additional time to complete the refund.
Your Legal Rights
This policy does not limit any rights you may have under applicable law. Where the law provides greater protections, those protections will apply.
